Overview QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (Europe) hire in a specialist B2 B Ingredient category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche ingredient solutions to Food Groups. Responsibilities Manage an existing book of €multi‑million sales;
create and drive a customer strategy to maximise sales growth;
report to the VP of theregion (based in the USA);
build relationships with complex food groups from a B2 B Ingredients background;
develop and maintain a strong commercial mindset in an entrepreneurial, stand‑alone growth environment. Qualifications Proven Sales Director experience with a focus on Europe;
background in B2 B FoodIngredients or a Flavor house;
strong business development and key account management skills;
