Based in central Scotland, our client is a profitable and dynamite print organisation. This role will take responsible of the company’s forward sales vision and manage a team that include 5 reps, a telesales team and a customer service team. Candidates will be considered from any print background. Personal turnover is not important to this client as his view is that if the person has done a great job selling then more than likely the clients will remain at the current employers. It is much more the dynamism of the candidate and personal character traits we seek.
We have known this client for 13 years (in fact we placed him in this exact role before his current promotion so he knows what the job is all about).
