Job Description -
· Focusing primarily on the generation of leads within the core Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) verticals.
o Understanding ICP persona and Indentify their pain area and requirements that can be solved with Spectra’s Attendance / Access Control Solution
o Industry wise mapping of ICPs to provide them better understanding of solutions and helping them understand ‘Why’ its the best suited solution
· Running Outbound campaigns and managing outreach touchpoints on emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc. to develop communication with Targeted Accounts
o One-to-one personalized emails, calls to get the leads to take a meeting with the sales team
· Proactive follow-ups to bring out requirements for Spectra’s Attendance / Access Control Solution and arranging meetings/ demos with respective sales teams as per require...
