About the Role

At Compare Club, we are looking for a results-driven Senior Team Leader to act as a key driver of performance and results. This is a leader of leaders position where you will bridge the gap between high-level sales strategy and day-to-day execution.

In this role, you will help refine our coaching frameworks, step in to lead regular sales meetings, and provide informal mentorship to our existing Team Leaders to help them grow. To stay grounded in the front-line operation, you will also directly lead and support a small team of Re-Engagement Agents.
