Job Description
Sales Coordinator @ UBI near MRT （5 Days + Alternate Saturdays） Responsibilities
- Process local and overseas Customer’s Purchase Orders
- Generates Delivery Order, Tax Invoice, Proforma Invoice & Shipping Invoice
- Coordinate deliveries for local & overseas customer’s orders
- Liaise with Store/ Warehouse on pick-and-pack
- Update inventory and Stock check
- Possess minimum “O” or “A” Levels
- 1-2 years related work experience Preferred
- Computer literate
- Possess good English/ Chinese communication skills
- Possess good customer service attitude
