- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor order status and update customers on progress.
- With slight knowledge in engineering
- On-job training will be provided
- Willing to work at Tuas South area
