The position holder will be responsible for supporting the Sales department on the adaptation and implementation of sales strategy in the market to ensure that the company is in tune with Distributor needs when growing the business, with a focus on promotions and communication.

- Understand and explain business trends and Distributor performance to provide insights as requested
- Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, top Distributor business flows, and performance to identify Rising Stars and best practices
- Suggest, plan and execute Distributor communication strategy for promotions, events, and key business messages across all channels
