Key Responsibilities:
Produces required reports for the management of goal setting, incentive plans, budget and audits.Responsible for the production of all reports ensuring that, where possible, these are fully automated or require minimal manual intervention. Assist with the preparation of all training for the department. Assist with the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as necessary.Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process efficiencies. Works closely with the Shangri-La Singapore sales teams in order to assist with the achievement of overall sales targets for the hotels.
