Sales Coordinator

Order management
Receive and confirm customer order information (quantity, specifications, delivery, etc.)
Entry and tracking of orders in systems (ERP or CRM)
Coordination with the production / warehousing department to ensure on-time production and delivery

Respond to customer queries regarding orders, quotes, and shipments
Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues
