- English level intermediary or fluent is a must as you communicate with head office in English!
**Responsibilities**:
- Able to Recruit Egg Donors and Surrogate Mothers
- Have Face to face meetings with surrogate mothers and egg donors since it helps to gather important information, introduce our programs and address.
- Close working relationship with Donors, Surrogate mothers, Doctors, Team Members
- Fill in Egg Donor/ Surrogate Mother Applications
- Fill in and upload Egg Donor/ Surrogate Mother profiles in Egg Donor database and Intranet System
- Coordinate Egg Donor / Surrogate Mother Medical Preparation Process
- Deal with Egg Donor / Surrogate Mother travel arrangements, tickets, booking, visas
- Act as a chaperon, when program is carried out outside Colombia
- Review and update Egg Donor database twice a month
