About the Company

A trading and distribution company that imports and wholesales electronic components, semiconductor devices and industrial products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in SAP – key in SO/PO/DN, check pricing, and ensure orders and inventory are accurate.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments – liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and solve stock or schedule issues.
• Prepare reports and support sales operations – update inventory/PO/SO reports, handle documents, and provide data and administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements

• 2 years and above relevant working experience in similar roles.
• Experience or knowledge in SAP system, excel, logistic arrangement.
