We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our Finland Sales organization, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Key Account Managers. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of customer-related activities for ophthalmology clinics and pharmacies, organize major events from planning through execution, manage vendor and healthcare professional agreements, and oversee purchase orders and invoices in the Coupa system. What You Will Do
- Operational and administrative support for the Country Manager and Key Account Managers
- Coordination of large customer events and local exhibitions
- Customer communication regarding product changes and product availability
