The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for an ambitious Sales Coordinator to join our team in Brampton, Ontario . The role involves supporting Sales Representatives with customer equipment orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing equipment orders and maintaining accurate data in the CRM
- Issuing purchase orders, receiving vendor invoices, and invoicing customers
- Coordinating freight on equipment and/or attachments
- Communicating weekly deal updates to Sales Representatives
- Managing costs to ensure profit, gross margin, and budget targets are met
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of prior work experience in sales coordination and/or customer service is required
- Experience in a related manufacturing or heavy machinery industry preferred
