Sales Consultant

Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge

Hosts, welcome and provide hospitality to guests

Provide personalized consultation and recommend products and service rituals to guests based on their needs

Achieve outlet targets

Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to ensure outlet is clean and tidy

Operate POS cashier register and handle various mode of payments

Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fluent in communication, well-groomed and confident in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Self-driven team player with an excellent interpersonal skill
• Preferably 1 year of relevant sales experience (1 to 1 services)
