DOULAS by the BAY is hiring an experienced, results-driven sales consultant to guide expecting families and new parents toward the right care for their journey.
Since 2009, we've supported 3,000+ families across California with compassionate, evidence-based doula care. This role is the bridge between a family's first inquiry and the support that changes their birth and postpartum experience. We're looking for someone who can sell at a high level and make every family feel genuinely cared for.
What You'll Do
- Run 30–35 qualified virtual consultations per week with expecting families over Zoom
- Close approximately 9–10 signed contracts per week (about 40 per month)
- Maintain a 30%+ close rate from qualified consultations
