Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with energy & commodities clients.
• Deliver product training, onboarding and user support.
• Manage client rollouts, account growth and retention.
• Work closely with sales, product and technical teams.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support product launches and client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and French .
• Experience or interest in commodities, trading, market data or financial markets.
• Strong Excel skills (Python/VBA an advantage).
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of derivatives, OTC/exchange markets or trading workflows is a plus.
