Drive sustainable sales growth in home service businesses by developing effective sales systems and coaching practices. This role demands hands-on engagement with sales teams.
As a Scalable Systems Coach, you will partner with founders and small sales teams to implement dynamic sales processes. You'll focus on improving hiring practices, training regimes, and performance metrics that lead to tangible results. Your operational knowledge will facilitate the transition from founder-led sales to a well-organized sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new sales representatives
• Design and implement training processes and playbooks
• Conduct coaching sessions and role-plays
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and accountability practices
• Improve sales follow-up and lead management systems
