Job Description
Customer Service: Welcome shoppers, answer questions, provide product recommendations, and help resolve complaints or process returns.
Sales & Checkout: Operate cash registers, process cash and card transactions, bag items, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Inventory Management: Restock shelves, unpack deliveries, manage backroom storage, and assist with periodic physical stock counts.
Store Maintenance: Keep displays neat, dust shelves, ensure promotional materials are visible, and maintain a safe retail environment.
Loss Prevention: Remain vigilant against theft and follow store security policies.
