Job Description

We are looking for a Footwear Sales experienced and result-oriented Category Lead to drive business growth across Gujarat. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and growth targets for the category across the state.
- Expand distribution and strengthen market presence.
- Manage distributors and key channel partners.
- Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
- Execute promotional activities and retailer engagement programs.
- Lead and guide the sales team to deliver business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and provide inputs for category development.
- Drive sustainable growth and increase market share.
- Reporting to ASM / RSM. Requirements: ✔ 8–15 years of experience in Sales/Category Management/Channel Management. ✔ Strong leadership and business development skills. ✔ Experience in handling state-level operations. ✔ Willingness to travel across Gujarat. ✔ Should have Footwear Sales experience.
