Sales Back Officer

We are looking for an organized, proactive and analytical Sales Back Office professional to support our sales team and dealer network. If you enjoy coordinating processes, working with data and collaborating across departments, we'd love to hear from you. For this position you will report to our Head of Brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales incentives, bonuses and customer offers.
- Support the sales team in daily operational activities.
- Maintain and update sales data and CRM systems.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, sales statistics and performance tracking.
- Support sales campaigns, incentive programs and analyze their effectiveness.
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, logistics and the dealer network.
