We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for helping customers throughout the buying process and ensuring satisfaction while providing product information.

Required Qualifications

• Passed matric/Grade 12
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Motivation to meet goals and contribute to team success
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales
• Comfort speaking with customers over the phone or in person
