Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Associate (perm, part time 8hr) to join our Timberland team in Cardiff. The associate will deliver excellent service and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of in‑store products.
- Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s market position.
- Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with customers and demonstrating a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Passionate about the brand, fashion, and retail overall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language a plus).
