Job Overview

Position to assist the Sales staff in achieving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include processing and maintaining data, monitoring key data trends, and providing support for customer-related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Issue and complete quotations, follow up strategic quotes with customers until competition.
• Maintain customer‑specific information in applicable databases.
• Maintain price administration for various systems and databases.
• Control negative and positive margins.
• Control credit notes and invoices.
• Follow up information entry for other areas (CCF or others).
• Prepare key account reports if required by the client.
• Improve team effectiveness by providing information and management support.
• Provide support for credit and collections.
