DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION
- Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/ queries.
- Assisting Marketing Assistant/ BM's on pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts.
- Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant.
- Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
