Our Sales Assistants work alongside the management team and volunteers to drive shop performance. As a Sales Assistant you will be involved in all aspects of a customer‑focussed role such as:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring highest standard of customer service
- Achieving maximum sales
- Assisting in all store operating procedures such as sorting donations, stock rotation, deliveries, merchandising, pricing, and shop‑floor replenishment
- Liaising with the E‑Commerce team to maximise online sales
- As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for the store when there isn’t a manager on duty, which may involve lone working.
