Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, contracts, and other administrative.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Translate and interpret communication between Indonesian and Chinese-speaking clients and team members.
- Assist in coordinating and managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Support the organization and execution of sales events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Requirements:
