Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when needed.
• Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product display.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college level (depending on employer).
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
