We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Chelmsford.
Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets
- Process payments, customer orders and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Maintain high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
- Assist with opening/shutdown procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience is not essential; customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Full training will be given for the role
