Jaishree Jewellers is hiring a proactive, street-smart Offline/On-Ground Marketing Executive to drive footfall and brand visibility for our two Jaipur showrooms — Sirsi Road and Mansarovar. This is a field-heavy role focused on local area marketing, community engagement, and on-ground promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities (leafleting, banners, standees, local event participation) around both store locations Build relationships with RWAs, societies, wedding planners, banquet halls, and local businesses near Sirsi Road and Mansarovar for referral tie-ups Organize and support in-store promotional events, festive campaigns, and customer engagement activities Identify high-footfall local spots (markets, societies, offices) for brand visibility drives Coordinate with print vendors for pamphlets, hoardings, and local print ads Track walk-ins generated through on-ground activities and report ROI to management Represent the brand at local e...
