Leatherhead, Surrey | Fully Office BASED
Permanent | 37 hours | £70,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a growing business within the building services sector. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you'll lead an established sales team, develop commercial strategy and play a key role in driving business growth, with a clear pathway to Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
* Drive revenue, gross margin and business growth.
* Manage sales forecasting, KPIs and CRM (HubSpot).
* Oversee pricing strategy and customer relationships.
