Sales and Marketing Lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
• Experience in an ICT, IT Solutions, Technology, or B2B environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools is preferred.
• Strong research, organizational, and data management skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
