Role Overview

Internal Sales is responsible for supporting the external sales team and sales manager in driving revenue growth by managing quotes, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role also plays a key part in monitoring the tender department which includes preparing and assisting in the response to tenders (RFPs/RFQs), ensuring accurate, compliant, and competitive submissions.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Assist Business Development Managers with day-to-day sales activities and administrative support Prepare and manage quotes for connectivity, cloud, and Vo IP solutions Liaise with suppliers for pricing, feasibility and availability Track orders from quote to installation and ensure timely updates to clients Maintain CRM system with accurate opportunity and customer data Follow up on outstanding quotes and assist in closing deals Customer Engagement Act as a point of contact for client queries, providing qui...
