Sales and Customer Service Administrator

Full time office based

£28,000 per annum rising to £30,000 after probation

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and retail customers. This role is essential to delivering excellent service and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient operation
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare quotes, pricing information, and sales documentation
Maintain and update customer accounts and CRM systems
