Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone call, text, or email.
- Successfully convert both warm and cold leads into a sale.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Convince prospect customers to use existing vouchers.
- Create a long lasting relationship with clients.
- Contribute to improving the current workflow by creating and/or modifying existing call flows and scripts to improve conversion rates.
