Job Description

We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our clients' busy Logistics team. You'll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our third-party sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders accurately and on time.

* Prepare sales and delivery documentation.

* Coordinate delivery slots and haulier bookings.

* Update TMS/ERP systems and maintain accurate records.

* Respond to customer and internal enquiries.

* Monitor waste paperwork and complete daily administration.

* Work closely with the Transport Planning team and external partners.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office.

* Good Excel, Word and TMS/ERP system skills.
