MXP Test Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in daily operations and ensure smooth order processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare invoices and sales-related documents
- Handle customer inquiries and order follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.)
- Assist in generating sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
