Sales Administration Manager (M/F)

Your mission

Attached to the sales team, you ensure the complete management of the sales cycle, from the preparation of offers to the final invoicing. You guarantee smooth coordination with internal teams to ensure our customers' satisfaction

Your main responsibilities:

# Draft and monitor commercial offers in the ERP

# Manage customer contracts: drafting, recording and monitoring changes

# Follow up and coordinate customer projects (planning stages, meeting deadlines)

# Support the sales team in preparing analyses and presentations

# Ensure the follow-up of invoicing and payments

Your profile

# Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

# Experience in the commercial field and/or project management

# Knowledge of the textile market (an asset)

# Rigorous personality with good organisational skills

# Team spirit and excellent coordination abilities ...
