- Review customers purchase orders, check the versions of the designs, prices and other details, and submit for approvals before creation of sales orders.
- Follow up on customers’ pending orders and liaise with relevant departments to provide daily updates to customers. Update the portal on the promised date after confirming the delivery date from the respective department.
- Ensure all orders are arranged and delivered as promised. Arrange the shipments with logistics.
- Keep the team informed about new orders and the allocation of the sales orders with the production teams.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, including invoicing.
