St Peters Hill Surgery stands by its organisational vision and values to provide the best possible care and support to our patient population. As a stand-alone practice, we serve the healthcare needs of 14,500 patients across the Grantham area and, as part of our wider Grantham and Rural PCN, we support a total of around 75,000 patients through collaboration, effective data sharing and joint working arrangements. All this is supported by our excellent clinical directors, the PCNs management team and our Federation managers at K2.
