- Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultations, including face-to-face, telephone and home visits as appropriate
- Carry out appropriate referrals, investigating and prescribing
- Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting
- Manage a wide rang of chronic and acute conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
