Main duties of the job
- Providing comprehensive medical care to patients through face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
- Diagnosing and managing acute and long-term health conditions.
- Conducting home visits where clinically appropriate.
- Prescribing medication and reviewing treatment plans in line with best practice and local prescribing guidance.
- Reviewing test results, correspondence, and clinical documents, and taking appropriate action.
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic patient records.
