Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA)/SAIPA qualification required)
- Minimum 58 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG sectors highly desirable
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage Evolution, Pastel Partner, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of IFRS and South African tax/VAT regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
