Experienced Sailor 1st Class in El‑Fujairah

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ship equipment according to safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and train junior sailors in proper procedures and safety measures.
• Ensure the safe loading, unloading and stowing of cargo on board the ship.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust navigation as needed.
• Keep accurate records of the ship's activities including maintenance reports and cargo logs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Sailor 1st Class.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours at sea.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid passport and seaman's book.
• English proficiency required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Indians preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
