Job Description
Our client, a major resource development organization, is seeking
HSE TRAINING ADVISORS
to support a large-scale project and operational environment. These positions will play a key role in developing workforce capability, delivering safety training programs, and ensuring personnel are competent, compliant, and prepared to work safely in dynamic construction and operational settings.
The successful candidates will be collaborative, proactive, and passionate about developing workforce capability. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment, partnering with operations and construction teams, and helping build a strong safety culture through effective training, coaching, and competency management.
Candidates with a combination of major project, EPC/EPCM, and training delivery experience will be given strong consideration.
