Our client, an agricultural industry leader, is seeking a Safety Technician to join their team. As a Safety Technician, you will be part of the harvest operations supporting safety and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Safety Technician
**Location:** Switz City, IN
**Pay Range: $22.00 on 1st shift, $25.00 on 2nd shift**
**Shift: 1st** shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 2nd shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM **(Will train on day shift for 2 weeks)**

+ Conduct routine and detailed line audits across harvest operational areas
+ Identify unsafe behaviors, hazards, and at-risk conditions
+ Document findings and communicate observations to relevant personnel
+ Actively intervene when unsafe acts or conditions are observed
