Provide services that support a safe and secure environment. Essential Functions
- Provide continuous professional and therapeutic presence within the unit.
- Monitor and visit clients in their rooms to identify issues and resolve concerns.
- Conduct one-on-one therapeutic interactions with patients to deter escalations.
- Intervene appropriately when clients exhibit escalating behaviors.
