Job Description
1. Supervise daily safety activities across all shipyard operations
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments in work areas
3. Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH Standards and company safety policies
4. Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
5.Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training sessions
6. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
7. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
8. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and management regarding safety concerns
9. Assist in emergency response planning and drills
10. Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety compliance
11. Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation
12.Recommend corrective and preventive measures to improve workplace safety
13. Perform other task as assigned by Manager
