Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Safety & Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure
school environment through proactive monitoring, risk management, and emergency
preparedness. This role serves as a visible safety presence on campus while also supporting
school operations as a secondary function, including providing backup support to the
Operations Coordinator as needed.
PERFORMANCE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Maintain a visible and active presence throughout the school campus to promote safety and security
+ Patrol assigned areas of the campus and monitor for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity
+ Ensure all visitors and staff comply with identification and check-in procedures
+ Assist with monitoring and guiding scholar behavior in common areas (cafeteria, hallways, restrooms, arrival/dismissal areas, and outdoor spaces)
