Safety Officer - Lead

The Safety Officer - Lead is responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with occupational safety andhealth standards as mandated by DOLE and other regulatory bodies. This is an individual contributorrole that covers the implementationof safety policies, emergency preparedness, inspection coordination, and maintaining a safe workingenvironment across the Head Office and nationwide stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DOLE-OSH & GLS Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with RA 11058 (OSH Law) and its IRR across Head Office and all RTM stores.
• Submit required reports such as WAIR, AMR, and Annual Establishment OSH Reports.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on workplace accidents, illnesses, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE General Labor Standards (GLS).
• Coordinate and respond to DOLE inspections and compliance directives.
