The Safety Manager develops, implements, and maintains comprehensive safety programs while supporting project teams throughout all phases of construction. This role serves as a trusted advisor to field operations, conducts audits and training, investigates incidents, and drives continuous improvement in workplace safety performance across multiple projects.

+ Manage and enforce company-wide Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure consistent standards across all projects.
+ Conduct regular jobsite audits, inspections, and safety assessments to identify hazards and verify compliance with safety requirements.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations on all assigned projects.
